Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Joplin

Was in there today cashier was really rude to a group of people sitting beside me asking the daughter to help her father to help her father zip his pants up and pull them up why not the wife for 1 and for two she dress that your guys's website has dress dress code information on it I noticed the daughter was very uncomfortable with the situation especially knowing her own mother was right there the situation should have been handled a lot more proper she could have had a male employer come out and confront him first and then took it to his wife and then maybe took other steps with it but she for some reason didn't want to take the proper steps which made our experience very unpleasant because she kept it up with the other customers until they got angry about the situation especially the daughter that it kept getting brought up to so we couldn't even enjoy our meal because we sat there and was witnessing all of it family organized restaurant or not this was not family organized I can understand the family's discomfort she should have never expected a daughter to take care of this situation it wasn't like the man was just with his daughter there was other family members there that were much older and probably could have took care of the issue a lot better it was sad seeing the customers treated that way because she was sure making it the daughters responsibility and it should have never went down that way it's sad witness in this to a restaurant you...

Cici's has gone down hill. Used to be a fun place to go. They (all employees) used to say welcome to Cici's. Fresh taco pizza on the buffet, fresh alfredo on the buffet, fresh dessert pizza on the buffet. Now it's said softly or not at all. When I used to order a pizza, they would say fresh pizza on the buffet and bring some to your table kindly. This time my husband ordered after me, but he got his first. And it was all wet with sauce and oil. I had to reorder my flavor and wait, and wait, and wait. Then finely it came out. The guy said softly fresh pizza on the buffet. And brought me three slices drowned in oil. There was oil on the tray. The music was offensively loud and made no sense, just noise. This other guy ordered a dessert pizza, he had already waited 10 minutes for it, I ordered one also it took another 10 minutes or longer. When your hungry it seems like it takes forever, it may not have taken that long but it wasn't fast I Guarantee it. It was like they were upset that we made a special order. Like they were punishing us for ordering...

Whoever the night shift manager is, she completely ruined our family's experience. When we asked for pizza (it was about 8pm) she acted very annoyed that she had to and she refused to make us an entire pizza, saying we would just waste it. Furthermore, I went into the women's restroom with my wife to help her change our son real quick and she made a scene out of it, saying loudly throughout the store that she couldn't use the restroom because a man had gone in it. On our way out she banned my wife & I from the store and went as far as to come outside and scream at us for about 5 minutes arguing. As a leader of my own business I was shocked and disgusted by her behavior. I will be calling corporate in the morning to have something done about it. No one else should have to deal with such unprofessional management as I just did. If you eat here, I would come before the night shift for better service, I personally will never be back again, I don't even like pizza ranch but at least their service has never...
