Wish I could give no stars. I ordered my food a little after 6 pm and the website said it would be ready around 645. I got there at 630 and waited, went in at 640 and was told my name would be called when ready. I didn't receive my food until a little after 7pm. The lady up front advises me the drink machine is down, and they are offering bottles of water in place of my 32 oz soda that I paid extra for. I told her I would like to just be refunded for the drink, to which she explained they were too busy for the manager to come refund me, and to give her my phone number so her manager could call me later to do the refund for the drink. I provided my number then I took my food and I drove home (which I live 25 minutes away from the store). When I arrived home and got the food out, I realized it had nothing on it, it was just plain wings and plain fries. I had ordered hot honey rub wings and seasoned fries. There was NO seasoning on the food whatsoever. I called at 734 pm to advise them my order was not correct, and as you can see from my screenshot, I was on hold with them for almost 30 minutes, before I decided to hang up and try to call again, which I was hung up on the first time and the second time a lady answered. I explained the situation and about how long I had been on hold, and she asked if I wanted a refund, a credit or a remake. I told her I would prefer a remake but I was upset I had to drive out of my way again and that I lived 25 minutes away and I didn't want to wait there for over 30 minutes again. She assured me it would be ready by the time I got there. I drove back into town to pick up my remade food and arrived around 835. I was greeted by the same lady that gave me my food the first time. She told me the manager wanted to talk to me. He told me his name was "SJ". He would not advise me of the ladies name. He argued with me for almost 20 minutes about how it was over 2 hours ago that I had placed my order and that he was absolutely not refunding me, crediting me, or remaking my order. After arguing another 5 or so minutes, he said he would provide me a discount for A WHOLE OTHER meal. I had to pay another 8$ on top of the 15$ I paid 2 hours prior, for my remake order. I also was never refunded for not receiving my drink in the original order, but was charged for another drink in the new order. This policy makes no sense and it's ruined wingstop for me....

I have never had the worst customer service or have been treated with such disrespect EVER!!!! Placed only 15 wings and a sandwich meal and waited 50 minutes and still no order. Other customers were coming, eating, and leaving when we still neverreceived our order. We finally went up to ask where our order was or how long it would be. A Worker said she was going to check on it to see how long it had left, well After 5 to 10 minutes of them trying to find the order going through all the receipts , they then asked us for are receipts because they lost our order We told them just to go ahead and give us a refund because we had to leave. The manager then started to give us a refund and we asked for cash because she said ut will take 5 business days to get the money back on our card she said "no we don't do that it's card only." I then asked if we could Atleast then get our order made from having to wait over an hour and it wasn't our fault the order was lost so the manager started being hateful saying idk what else you want me to do, you should just be happy you got a refund, turned and said OMG very loud, so many more rude remarks. I then asked for her name because i didn't like how rude and disrespectful she was being and they told us thats personal information and its wing stops policy no names can be given out. The manager then asked what we ordered so i said 15 wings and a chicken sandwich meal and she looked at me saying umm okay what kind of chicken sandwich, well i wasn't sure Because Jake is the one that ordered it. So I said "I'm really not sure and she said. "Wow , you want me to refund you or remake it , and you can't even tell me your order that makes sense!" It was just me and my partner and we got a to-go order (two 20 piece combos and a chicken sandwich combo) and said it would be 16-21 minutes. We arrive after 25 minutes and when we approached the door, I KNEW they were swamped. A nice customer also waiting was opening the door for everyone arriving/leaving. We step inside and there’s no where to stand but directly in front of the register, be prepared to have ALL eyes on you when you walk in, lol. All employees were hands on deck and trying to get everything taken care of. I finally check on our order and it still has about 10 minutes, no biggie. We go back to the car and we wait 15 minutes, I don’t want to rush good chicken wings, good things take time. We come back in where we were greeted with “can I help anyone? what’s the name on the order?” And both giant bags of food were ready. Everything was correct from our order and FRESH!!!!! they hooked us up with extra dipping sauce and even an extra drink. It was hard to move around to get our drink because there’s so many people waiting for food near the drink station, the entrance, and at all the tables. From reading these reviews, I’d say the only problem WS has is LOCATION since the clinic had the parking lot full already before WS was built. I feel there should be a separate area specifically for customers waiting or I recommend just waiting in your car for your order. Customer service was awesome even though they were balls to the wall busy. This place just opened, I think most of these reviews need to realize they’re gonna be swamped and stressed. Some people probably haven’t worked food service during lunch rush. We all have our days, I’m sure none of these 1 star reviews react well under pressure unlike these employees.
