I have never left a review before. Although me and my wife visited this location on 04/10 Thursday night at 10:25pm. Not only was the service extremely poor, but there were unsafe and poor safety practices in place. The first thing we noticed was there were less than half the food options available to us, the fried rice, no eggrolls, etc. My wife wanted fried rice but that was not an option, even over 30 minutes before closing. The next thing is there was a very unprofessional Samoan lady spraying the floors and sides of walls right next to the food sitting out. This is a complete safety violation and extremely unprofessional. There was water misting and spraying over all the food. The girl the was putting our food together made a comment when we were selecting our food that, “we caught them right before closing.” When there was over 30 minutes before closing begins. In the middle of the girl making our food, the Samoan lady was standing in the way of the food line not even considering getting out of the way. To top it off, when we asked for 2 medium drinks, she said, “ohhh we closed the fountain. I guess I could get some from the drive through if you want.” What else are we supposed to drink?? Read moreThis location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! There's at least one other review about the bad attitude of the crew members. This is 100% true. I came into the restaurant this evening and practically everything I wanted was empty. I was told there'd be a 5 minute wait for everything. I can understand if it went up to a 10 minute wait but I literally waited at least 30 minutes. I waited as each item that I wanted came out and got put into orders from the drive through; which had no one when I arrived. Then I watched as the same thing was happening with my last item (super greens). This was the 2nd fresh batch! So I walked over and raised my voice (not yelling or cursing) about how it should be going into my order. The store manager, Lucus, told me not to yell at his employees. There wasn't a single apology to me for the wait...not even before I got angry. Perhaps I shouldn't have raised my voice but Good customer service means acknowledging the fact that a customer hasn't been attended to! As for the attitude of the crew members, they all just stared at me with dirty looks the entire time - BEFORE I raised my voice. Also I'm fairly certain that the manager was high. Read moreHorrible experience. Confronted with " you need a face covering" i did not have anything with me for the five minutes I would be inside the place to give my order. In an effort to comply with the kid behind the counters request I pulled my shirt over my face to cover it. He said that was not good enough. I realized at that point he was going to play mister in charge and not be ok with my face covering of any kind as required, so I left the building. What is the difference between a cotton shirt and the cotton masks everyone is using? I did not know there was any sort of required specifications for a face covering other than a covering over your face. This kid handled the situation in an extremely poor manner. I was at a panda in Columbia MO last week without any face covering and it was business as usual, no issues at all. Panda express is off my list of dining options from here on out. I understand this may be a corporate thing, but they need to keep up with current cdc rules and local guidelines as they are no longer requiring face coverings. Your feeble attempt to control the small amount of people who dont wear masks only makes your company lose money and does nothing to aid in whatever made up plan to reduce the spread as we leave your business and patronize one that doesn't follow...
