I will change my review because you sir did make some good points.However I did not bring an open beverage into your place of business, it was an unopened can of monster Java , and sir you did take it out of my hand as soon as I came in.And sir, about your restaurant reference , I did not bring my own food and want to use your silverware , I purchased a cigar and was simply wanting to enjoy my cigar that I purchased from you in your lounge with my preferred beverage, as I cannot drink alcohol because I was going to be driving . But all the other points you made were valid. I do respect the hard work and dedication it takes to start a business from the ground up. That is the American Dream. I would suggest that you visit other lounges and maybe see how the atmosphere is in those, say maybe Springfield MO is a close one to Joplin. Excellent Cigar and Pipe shops! Alex was amazing, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Every time I travel I try to stop at a local shop. Today was no different, and Alex’s shop was on top of the list of shops in the Joplin area.
