EDIT: I am updating this to say that the customer service this company displays is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I am thoroughly impressed, it’s very evident that the owner cares deeply about his business. Dustin personally made our drinks after our bad review and they were better by far! They tasted very good and had none of the original issues we experienced on our first trip.
I’ll start with the service. The lady that took our order was polite but did not seem even slightly enthusiastic to be working. We had never been through here before and she did not offer any input whatsoever. The only time she spoke was to tell us the shaved ice was only available in the summer and to enter our phone number to get rewards points.

As a connoisseur of biscuits and gravy, constantly exploring the four states for the best of the best, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Cup O' Joe. What I will say is, the theme and setting of Cup'O'Joe is unparalleled. I'm ex military and it warms my heart to drive through there every time. And the owner is incredibly nice and always makes me feel like I'm valued in making his business successful. Always at the top of my list when considering where to go for breakfast...
