Went into this store on Wednesday 4/25/2024. They had a line in the drive through so we went inside. Inside was a lone teenage girl working. She apologized stating she had to get these on line orders done as door dashers were coming in and having to wait. I told her no worries. She was working as fast as she could but you could see the stress and frustration as the inside line began to build up and then people began leaving. The young girl again apologized for the wait again I told her not to worry about it. I asked if she was alone to which she replied “yes” I said how many orders have you got? She replied about 20. This kid had 20 orders to fill and still had drive through and walk in customers. I apologize to her and said we’d have to go to another location. I give this young lady 5 stars for her attitude as the smile never left her face even when you could see the stress on it. I can’t speak on the mgt as idk what the circumstances were that led to her being alone but I do know it should NOT have happened. Now, If that young lady sees this review just know you were doing great though we left it was NOT on you we had cold groceries and simply weren’t able to wait that long. Read moreI’ve been to 2 different subways in this town, and this subway does not everything on the menu the other one does. It seems like this one has half the stuff. I even asked at the window if they had a sauce my husband wanted thinking maybe it’s just not on the screen. They said no. Not to mention using the drive thru I have to touch the screen multiple times each time I want to select something. Sometimes I have to almost slap it for it select anything.
Sept 21st I decided to try again, only this time I went inside. This will be the last. The 2 ladies making our sandwiches were absolutely amazing. Younger girl with long dark hair and septum piercing, and then another lady with blond highlights. Both amazing, they deserve a raise.. Everything was going great until the manager came up. The lady helping me told her all she needed was to finish the foot long tuna. Instead of paying attention to my order, the manager decided to half way pay attention, didn’t give me a foot long, only 6” and nothing on it I wanted. Read moreThis was unfortunately some of the worst service I have received. We waited in line for about thirty minutes. The woman began my order and put it in the toaster. She then proceeded to complete all the drive through orders, which took a long while, and my food got cold. Once she came back to prepare my meal she put it in the microwave. Then she made everyone else’s food in my party and saved mine for the end. So, my sandwich was just terrible. We spent $46! She rang up an item incorrectly, but I was too frustrated already to want to say anything. I also knew she was already having a rough day and didn’t want to add onto that. She paid for the person’s meal who was after us, apologizing for the wait. I felt that after having us wait for so long she could have at least thrown in a bag of chips or something. The only reason we waited so long was because the people we came inside the restaurant with already had their meals and we all wanted to go out to lunch together.
