Vapor Shack — Local services in Joplin

These places are very shady and crooked. Multiple times I have bought Zaza or Tianaa from them just to get home and the bottle be filled with random pills, blood pressure prescription pills, Tylenol etc… These things are not cheap so of course anybody would return it to the store and complain. While this happened at a sister company of this store, I got banned for returning and complaining. I came to vapor shack which was sold out of Zaza so I bought 4 of these little single packets of OHMS, I have never taken them. I took one and went to take the second and it fell out of the bottom of the packet as I ripped the top off. The bottom was not sealed. When I checked the other two, one of them was fine but the other, unopened, was missing the pill, it had fallen out of the bottom somewhere I presume because I’m pretty sure it had a pill in it when I bought it. It clearly says on the packet not to consume if seal is broken. I returned to the store to show the worker who was very kind in my first encounter but became very hateful when I explained what happened, telling me it is my fault once I leave the store and absolutely refused to replace it. I told him to go check his stash and guaranteed he would find multiple packets with unsealed bottoms and he refused to do so and banned me from the store just for the complaint and requesting exchange. These pills are dangerous enough WITHOUT having to worry about tampering or unsealed packets. These stores, owners and workers are all crooks, rude and now illegally selling unsealed supplements that people take as medication which is very dangerous. I reported this to the police who I am sure will continue...
