
I used to always enjoy going here monthly, consistently giving these barbers my business. I was always satisfied with the conversations where we could discuss similar passions, so I was more than happy tipping 30 - 40% each session. That has however changed. I am unable to get a haircut here now, despite numerous attempts to setup an appointment. I can only try so hard to give someone my business, so there is either an odd prejudice formed against me that I would not understand or this organization puts very little effort into retaining their clientele/appreciating a good customer. When I call to setup an appointment for a barber, I am told to contact the barbers cell phone. When doing so I am left ignored, or a week may go by saying they have had phone issues, then I'm ignored again. Ultimately I cannot get a response or have success setting up an appointment via a phone. To remediate this I just went into the building in hopes I could set something up that way. The only stylist working was busy, so she told me she would message the group chat for someone to reach out to me to have something setup. Nobody reached out to me from this method either. It seems you must be part of a special clique in order to get in here, regardless of my positive experiences...
Read moreNot good at all. Going off my first and last experience in every possible area I could rate any hair salon, sadly not good at all. I had called in advance and set my appt at a specific time before my trip and was exact about what type of appt and what I was needing done so this wasn't due to understaffing or overbooking. When I got there I was told by the hairstylist whom I waited for 10 after my appt which I was ok but they were not busy. After our consult, I was then told I could either have my hair shampooed or styled not both. I was told because of how the person set the appt and it was her last of the day which in turn left me a little speechless since I had booked this appt with ample notice for a specific event. Also, as I was getting my hair done it seemed most stylists had no clients and sat watching a mess of unsweeped pile of hair for about 45 minutes. It was just very unprofessional and I sadly paid full price and tipped for a hairstyle that I was very unsatisfied with because I didn't push for a refund nor told them how unprofessional the stylist had been which I wish I would have now.
