Just a quick note- My wife and I have been looking for an e-trike for the last 4-5 months. We looked at many brands and models. We went up and down the Florida cost to test drive e-trike brands/models because very few stores have trikes in stock, due to “floor space issues”. We are of the type who like to try before you buy.

My wife came across the Pedego Bike store in Juno Beach, FL and saw the Pedego Trike there. Michael, the owner, had several in stock at the time. He allowed my wife to test ride one several times and made many adjustments for her comfort. Michael is a most most kind, patient and knowledgable person.

We continued to look and test other brands. We eventually decided to to get the Pedego Trike because it was the one, my wife looked and felt most comfortable, as well as the most safe while riding. When we finally went to buy one, Michael had sold out of them. He made a great effort to secure one, from a future order from Pedego, and delivered it to us on time as promised.

Having been in his store numerous times, I have observed how well he treats and responds to both, his established and prospective customers. I was so happy with with his efforts and knowledge, I also purchased an Element Platinum from him, to ride with my wife. This is also a truly awesome bike.

I recently became interested in electric bikes. My research lead me to Pedego E-bikes. That lead me to the Pedego shop in Juno Beach. My first contact was with Mike, the manager. He was extremely helpful over the phone and suggested that I come up for a test drive. Because of his professionalism over the phone I drove up to Juno and went to the shop. I was very impressed the moment I walked in. The store was clean and neat with bikes all line up in their rows. But what was really impressive was the the workshop area. It was immaculate! Every tool was hung on "its" place on the wall, which says a lot to me! I rode a couple different bikes and I really liked the Interceptor. After more question, in which Mike answered them all, I knew I was doing the right thing. I purchased the Pedego Interceptor right there on the spot. Mike even went the extra mile to make a few changes to the bike for me. He let me switch from the black colored accessories to the brown colored ones. I HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE RENTING AN EBIKE from MIKE at PEDEGO IN JUNO BEACH FL.... I THOUGHT I WAS RIDING ONTOP OF CLOUDS IT WAS SO SMOOTH & COMFORTABLE LIKE REALLY REALLY COMFORTABLE...!!!! 🫶 WE ROAD ALMOST 30 MILES Over a bridge twice WE ROAD NONE STOP THE ENTIRE DAY WEDNESDAY , WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS WELL PRETTY MUCH NONE STOP ONLY FOR DRINKS A FEW TIMES & LUNCH BUT THATS IT & I WAS NEVER UNCOMFORTABLE OR SORE AT ALL MY BIKE LITERALLY LOST ONE BAR ON THE BATTERY INDICATOR THROUGH OUT THE DAY RIDE THE NIGHT RIDE I NEVER LOST A BAR I REXHARGED FOR THE NIGHT RIDE AD IT LASTED THE ENTIRE RIDE WE EVEN ROAD ON THE SAND ON THE BEACH AND NO ISSUES BATTERY.
