Starbucks — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Honestly the worst location I’ve ever been to.If it’s not the annoying barista girl who can’t stop constantly saying the same phrase “king chana” every minute, then it’s the other workers taking 15-20 minutes to make a simple strawberry açaí that was Mobile ordered 10 mins before arriving. Then they fight with you when you tell them KINDLY that the order is incorrect. 😐 You’re probably better off going through drive thru because they really don’t want to be there (per the multiple occasions in which I’ve experienced bad attitudes when I was respectful. Clearly that doesn’t go a long way with these employees, who mind you are either older than I am or the same age.) Not to mention the place is rarely clean, their bathrooms are disgusting and their workers have bad attitudes. I normally get my Starbucks coffee in the mornings and get a water later in the day in which I have received a few from most of the girls. Yesterday I went and asked for a water at a 100 degree day and the male deny the water in which he started asking questions if I had order etc. which I do in the mornings. At the end of the interrogation he said he can’t give me water with ice that I have to purchase something at the moment. I told him to charge me for the water and still deny and said I’ll charge you for some dandelion cookies which I didn’t received but that was the only way I walked out with a cup of water and ice. I have mixed reviews about this place. I usually come in the mornings. Staff is friendly and they make the drinks fast with a great quality. I came in today and one of the girls in the staff was very rude to not only us, but others coming in making snarky comments. I just had to look up the reviews on this new Starbucks and I’m honestly disappointed. The fact it’s about rude employees, but believe it’s just one person.
