Avoid if at all possible. Cricket didnāt seem to want our business. I tried very hard to switch my family over to Cricket from Sprint, since they have a much cheaper price per line. However, their website does not let you order phones (it will tell you that your card is declined, which is not true. I have heard about this issue from 2 other customers) and the phones we wanted were not available at this store. While the representatives were friendly (thus the 2 star rating as opposed to 1), their lack of knowledge and execution was very frustrating. They told me that they would order my family some phones from a nearby store and that we could get them the next day, at the latest. Three days went by and I hadnāt heard anything. I called and they said that they were going to order the phones and give us a call when they were in. Three more days and nothing, so I called again. They informed me that the phones were on backorder and they had no idea when they would get in but they would let me know. I never heard from them again. It has been about 35 days. The phones we wanted were each an iPhone 8, which should not have been on back order, as it is a very common phone. Cricket did nothing to earn our business and we stayed with Sprint....
