This location used to be my go-to, not just because it was closest to my house, but because the staff was always friendly, the portions were great, and they always had everything fully stocked and ready to be served. In the last several visits, this locations has consistently gone downhill to the point where I will drive across town to another location. This location is consistently out of ingredients, has staff that seem very apathetic, and always looks dirty. This location has been out of fajita peppers each of the last 5 times I've been there, and instead of being proactive in making more, they wait until they are all gone to start making more and then make customers wait 8-10 minutes for them to cook, meanwhile the rest of my food has already been made and is now getting cold. During my trip today, which prompted this review, not only did they not have them, but they told me they didn't have time to make any more. They were also out of habanero salsa. The girl was very apologetic which I appreciated, but with this happening time and time again, it becomes inexcusable. During another visit last month, there was a gentleman working behind the counter preparing food (chopping peppers, lettuce, etc). He was wearing gloves, and without removing his gloves, I watched him take out his phone and use it several times, and also take money out of his pocket, reorganize it, and put it back in, then go back to touching food again without changing gloves. This location desperately needs new management that cares about and motivates...
Read moreWorst experience ever, 8/17/21 about 3pm, not only did they only have maybe half the toppings available to customers, the ones they did have were crusty dried bits, the workers couldn't be bothered in the back from socializing to fill the toppings bar, the little blonde girl who made my burrito either didn't know what she was doing or didn't care, didn't drain the beans before slopping them on, legit poured a whole ladle of sauce dripping wet on top of the brown sludge of guacamole that nobody would want to eat, then after sprinkling a teaspoon of cheese and deciding that was enough, she wrapped it so poorly it was coming out of both ends, I asked her if she could re-wrap it so I could actually eat it, she wrapped it again with the same result as the first time. I've never in my experience has such a poorly constructed burrito. She then proceeded to bring her waiting friend up before we were done receiving our food and insisted on giving her friend her discount, literally still standing waiting for our stuff. Needless to say we didn't feel safe eating that garbage, knowing how they work towards customers, I can only imagine how little they care when no one is watching. What a epic waste of money, for, and wages on a...
Read moreI just stopped here after work today for dinner and was greeted with less than enthusiastic individuals! It's been a while since I have been there and was not sure what I wanted. Noticing there was a gentleman ready to take my order, I said hold on please. Then after a few moments he took his hand and waved it towards me like "you who" to get my attention. I DID not like that at all. Then I made a choice on a burrito bowl. So he instantly skipped over rice and bean options. When I asked him why he skipped over those opens, he rolled his eyes. After firmly asking for both in my bowl he, it was obvious he was annoyed by me and "plopped" the food then the bowl. After the meat he passed me onto the young lady doing the remainder of toppings who obviously did not want to be there as she threw the toppings I asked for in the bowl getting it all over the side of the bowl bottom and on the bottom, making a complete mess! This was enough to state I WILL NOT be coming into this location again. Maybe this is why I always go to Chipotle. They greet you with a smile, happily ask what you would like and take time to make sure they aren't making a mess and lastly, thank me for...
