Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

Went back a few nights ago, same rude kid, same attitude, same bad service, same low quality

Worst service i have had in a long time i arrived with no cars ahead of me in line waited over 30 min. By the time I arrived at the pickup window there were a lot of cars in line. Upon arrival at the pickup the kid informs me that i would have to just wait because it was a "stressful day". 10 or so min later, after watching him serve multiple customers who entered the lobby AFTER I had arrived, he finally comes to the window and asks "what do you want". I try to order food and he interrupts me to let me k ow that I will have to go to the back of the line which is now huge and start over. He refused to get a manager and refused to give me his name untill I got loud enough to attract the managers attention. He wasn't any nicer than the kid was. I had to threaten to park in the drive throu and block all customers in order to get served. The only reason i staid so long or even insisted on getting served is because that's what the wife wanted. And last of all my hot and ready that I waited the better part of an hour was...

I'm so incredibly disappointed with the service at this location. I've always been an advocate of the Little Ceasars on Cork st before they moved to Westnedge and Whites. Service and transparency has not showed improvements. I show up before 8, around 7 and all the lights are off... I waited and came back. Sat outside and watched people walk into the building and decided to go to the drive through since my babies are in the car. And given the video I took, the very young man told me that they can't/won't take orders right now. I simply asked why and he replied "something happend in the back"... but the building had looked like this for hours and why wouldn't management address it? And why would they still answer the intercom. If you're not able to be open why are you still getting paid hours for work....and people still were walking in and getting...

This is my first review ive ever left and ive gotta say the worst little caesers ive been to no gloves no hats or hairnets. I waited a hour for my food a 1 hotn ready and a calzony. I like the idea of kids these days still working but they were on their phones recording tiktoks. While on my waiting on my food i had 3 people come in to complain about hair on their food yes i understand it happens but 3 in the hour I waited that is ridiculous. I seen the cashier take my cash then go and make a pizza without washing their hands it just makes me wonder about how long its been since they washed their hands.
