3/26/22 – 3/27/22 - Showed up just about an hour before close at midnight on the 26th. 3rd car in line. The line did not move. Not a single car was served for the hour I witnessed. The employees literally did not do their job. Seeing the line form within an hour of closing time, they literally chose to not serve food and just left every person to sit in line. I counted, and it amounted to 8 cars. That’s 8 paying customers, now dissatisfied non-patrons who were left to waste an hour of their life while the employees let them sit there, knowing full well that they had no intention to serve any of them. Had they simply turned off the lights and closed early, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Instead, the employees scored an extra hour of pay while plainly refusing to do their jobs, meanwhile I sat trapped in an unmoving line until they finally closed. Exasperated, I sent my friend to go and look through the windows see what was going on inside, he reported back that they were doing nothing but talking and standing around, ostensibly killing time. These employees literally want to make money for not doing their job. They show up to work with a singular goal to do shamelessly do as little as possible and collect a full paycheck as if they had performed a full day of work. From an internal business standpoint, and from the perspective of a world-be patron, this is just plain inexcusable. Money that should have been earned, business that should have been conducted, but was instead shirked. An opportunity to conduct good business at a busy time resulted in (at least) 8 disgruntled customers due to the sheer laziness of the employees. There is no excuse. Management needs to take action, or new management is needed all together. Just paltry. Poor business. I will not attempt to patronize this Taco Bell again it’s all too obvious that the staff could not care less about...
Read moreI've gone to this Taco Bell 3 different times in the last few months and each time has been beyond terrible and unacceptable. I'm a very understanding person, but the attitudes I received and poor customer service manner has made me appalled to eat at this establishment. The first time I went through the drive-thru and ordered a fairly simple meal, the lady handed me some food that didn't look like mine, but I wasn't sure. She mumbled the total and took my card, I thought it sounded low, but I brushed it off. She then realized she gave me someone else's food and told me she's sorry and then asked for my card again for my order. I told her she already used mine and she lied and said she didn't swipe it, I paid for 2 people's meals that day... The second time was old food, rude workers, unsanitary restaurant conditions and disgusting bathrooms. Normal at most restaurants these days. The most recent trip was today, I went with some friends and the cashier who obviously didn't want to work today took my order, she handed my food to me and it was wrong, It was too late when I realized the mistake. My friend ordered food too and after 15 minutes and I kid you not, we asked what's taking so long and they forgot to complete his order. They then took another 10 minutes, handed him the food without much remorse and went on chatting with their coworkers. This service is horrible and I've had my fill. I will not be returning to this location and I encourage you all to avoid it at...
Read moreI unfortunately have recently had issues with eating spicy foods that cause a lot pain. But even a couple years before that, I had noticed that every dish coming out as a new item has even some really spicy habanero cheese, mutli-pepper habanero ranch, or just even spiced with habanero and ghost pepper spices. Now after a couple years, EVERYTHING has these combinations of peppers in them, excluding the very few original items on the menu. And even some of those have now had these spicy sauces added to them. The only part of this that specifically faults the restaurants themselves is that no matter how many times I ask and continuously beg to either make sure no spicy sauces come on my food, or ask if a new item has spicy sauce on it so I can avoid it...every time, I end up with a mouth and stomach full of pain. I was that guy that could eat Taco Bell 7+ days a week. But with the way they are going, I am now rarely a patron because only three items are available that I can trust. I just hope they choose to fix this soon, and maybe keeping their employees informed on their recipes. That is the only thing that I hear from everyone as being an issue. Otherwise, the employees are nice, repectful, and have never disappointed me on that. So that I do thank them for. I still agree that they make great food. But people that eat there just need to enjoy and be able to eat...
