I cannot begin to say enough great things about Nord, and particularly Samantha.

Samantha was so kind, patient, and accommodating. She showed us SO many settings, made sure we’d seen all the options and were really happy with the setting my girlfriend chose. She showed us diamonds and made sure we were aware of what the grading meant. She promptly answered every question I emailed to her (and there were MANY). When I asked about lab diamonds she was a wealth of knowledge and wanted to make sure that I got the highest quality I could while still staying within budget.

The result is an absolutely stunning engagement ring that exceeded my wildest dreams, and a price that couldn’t be beaten.

She also helped us pick out wedding bands, and I could not be happier with the choices we made. It was like Samantha was reading my mind and knew what I might like before I even knew. Knowing we drove in from Chicago, Samantha brought in so many options for us to make sure we made the most of our time and walked away feeling confident in our choices. Honestly, I cannot sing her praises loudly enough.

A special shoutout to Bob is also in order. He stepped in to help me while Samantha was out. He helped me finish the paperwork and arrange a secret pickup with a friend so that I could get the ring without my girlfriend knowing.

We had the pleasure of working with Nord Jewelers for the designing and purchase of an engagement ring recently. A family member recommended them to us based on their prior multiple positive experiences with them. As we live in Chicago, the drive to and from Kalamazoo is significant. After our first meeting with the team at Nord, we quickly realized that the drive was well worth it.

The team spent a considerable amount of time walking us through the various technical aspects and design considerations for a variety of diamonds and metals. We learned a ton while working with them, and we never once felt rushed, nor pressured to buy. Since we were making multiple trips throughout the process, we even brought in a piece of jewelry for repair while the engagement ring was built. The entire time, we felt confident that our jewelry was safe and in good hands. Also of note, the jewelry pieces were ready on time for pickup, and the labor/material costs were in line with the original quotes.
