Clothes Bin Kannapolis — Local services in Kannapolis

Not sure why the sudden surge of negative reviews but I have been shopping at these bins since open. You can tell it’s a small local business but the manager is very sweet and very pregnant so I’m not sure why people are expressing otherwise. If I was that pregnant I’d be cranky all the time!! Both the manager are assistant manager are very sweet, willing to help and greet with a smile. The people who frequent this store know it’s quaint and I think that’s why people like it. They have a consistent clientele that have been shopping there since open as well and they keep coming back!! Not horrible and treacherous like a few people have claimed. You can hate on a small business as much as you please but remember that at the end of the day this is affordable clothing in this continuously rising economy for people who need affordable clothing deals. I've been shopping at this Clothes Bin location for a while now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The store is clean, the selection is great for the price, and the staff — especially the manager — are always professional and helpful.

I’ve noticed a few recent reviews that don’t match what I’ve seen firsthand. It honestly feels like some people or an employee are going out of their way to be negative and harass them, which is a shame because the people here really do work hard to make this a good place to shop.

I go to the clothes bin in Winston-Salem, but i wanted to give the kannapolis one a try. I had the worst experience ever and will not come back to this store I rather make the 1hr and 30 minute drive to Winston-Salem. The manager looks at u like if ur robbing the place . I don't know if she jealous cause how big she is but its not welcoming. The manager and another employee had a inappropriate conversation next to my 8 year old child while I was shopping. I will let all my friends and family including neighbors to not shop here ever . They should get rid of the manager if they wanna...
