This place refuses to stand behind the products they sell. Bought a vape here and due to my kids being in the car I did not open it until I was home. The item was faulty and would continue to burn long after removing it from my mouth. The taste was awful as well. I was unable to return that day due to a scheduled commitment. Therefore I returned the next day (less than 24 hours) with receipt and packaging in hand to attempt to exchange the item. The employee was able to see that the item was damaged. Failed to look at my receipt or the date and time the vape was purchased. He refused to stand by the product, did not offer to exchange it, do a partial refund or anything. The employee rudely denied any request I had and said "you probably dropped it." I was a loyal customer here UNTIL today. I do not recommend this vape shop to anyone. There is too much competition in this market and cheaper prices , as well a,s, better customer service just right down the road. Needless to say, I won't be returning. This is the ONLY AND BEST VAPE AND TOBACCO SHOP IN KANNAPOLIS THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They will stock anything you need and use all you have to do is ask them if they don't carry the product now they will get it for you and start carrying it so you have a place to spend your money at and have confidence in them having it for you!! We apologize for the outdoor lighting but we will be handling that asap and will brighten up the entire parking lot to make everyone feel safer when stopping in after dark!! Went in this vape shop just because I happened to be in the area. I was looking for a specific nic salt. Guy working the counter showed me everything in stock that was compatible and promised he would order what I wanted. I bought a substitute that day, went back a few days later and they had what I wanted!!! I have been back 2 more times for my specific nic salt and will continue to shop there.
