I have eaten here twice and while the food is 3 stars, the service is 1 star. The first time I ordered delivery and needed to ask them questions about the menu. I asked what dishes had egg noodles and which had rice noodles because I don't eat eggs. I decided on the vegetable chow mei fun but asked what vegetables came in it. They told me a couple but didn't know the whole list. I also got two vegetable spring rolls. The delivery time was okay seeing as it was a Saturday around 6. Took about 45 minutes. When the food got here the noodles were rice noodles but there were scrambled eggs mixed into the dish! You'd hope that they would have enough sense to at least ask me if I wanted the eggs seeing as I told them I didn't eat eggs. There were also onions, which they didn't tell me about, and I would have asked to take out had I known. Unfortunately, I had to throw the noodles out. The veggie rolls were delicious. My second time ordering from them was a Friday night and the phone call was just as difficult as the first time. I asked for the vegetable chow mei fun again but with no eggs and the vegetables on the side. I was told it was not possible to get veggies on the side so I requested no onions and no eggs. I got the two veggie rolls again. I repeated the order back and said "with no eggs or onions, right?" She said that was right. I was told it would be an hour wait for delivery, but I was fine with that. I placed my order at 9 so expected it before/around 10. I called around 10:15 to check because it hadn't arrived and she told me the driver was still out. Driver arrived at 11. My noodles had no eggs but so many onions it looked like double the amount that was on it previously. I tried to eat around the onions but only ate about a third of the dish and threw the rest out. The rolls were still great. Overall I would recommend this place if you have no dietary restrictions and are okay with not fully knowing what you're ordering. I would just go dine in or at least choose pick up over delivery. Pricing and veggie...

The interior was clean and aesthetically pleasing and guy at counter was pleasant. Hence a solid one star.
Unfortunately.... Restaurants are about the food. Which results in ZERO additional stars. Let's start with the appetizer of Crab Rangoons. A simple little combination of cream cheese, crab meat and some chopped fresh chives. Nothing more is needed. Pinch it up, drop it into the fryer and viola. Not here. Added celery, red pepper or pimento and could not identify one bit of Crab meat. Either by taste or sight. And it was sickeningly sweet. This is not a sweet flavored appetizer. Ever!!! Made and eaten many from many locales around the US. Zero stars.
Szechuan Beef... Ordered VERY VERY spicy hot. Now, this is a savory beef dish with kick you in the pants heat.... Well. When done correctly. The beef is thin slices in a brown, gravy-like sauce. Not here. Here it is a watery, orangish red liquid that is soooo sweet it could be used as syrup on pancakes. Literally NOOOO heat at all. I actually fed some of the beef to my dog. That's how mild it is. And did I mention sweet??
I won't even go into the vegetables other than to say they were limp from overcooking, and cabbage was a very odd ingredient that I've never encountered in the 100s of times I've ordered this entree.
So. Would I recommend. Yes... To run away from as fast as possible. There's plenty of Chinese takeout in the area that are...
Read moreI was surprised this restaurant does not have a higher rating! My family goes here more than any other restaurant in town. The food is authentic and they actually care about getting your order right here. The portions are large, and we always enjoy our food! Also, if you provide special instructions on your order they always follow them. I highly recommend this place! They are so nice and the food is great! Ready quickly also. Never have had a problem with the online ordering either. I have a large family which means a large order and with every other restaurant this means to prepare for some mistakes/missing food. That is never the case here! Tip: If you are ordering for kids, they can get a corn dog, burger, or chicken fingers (which is the same as their sweet and sour chicken without any sauce, not frozen chicken product) with a side of fries or rice. It only costs about $5 that way, making dinner...
