Thankfully, I have time today because as of right now, it was my second time going up there to get food that was not done correctly. First, let me say this is false advertisement because the prices that are list on the website are not the same prices that are listed in store if things changed please update the website because as of right now it’s looking like a 2 to 3 dollar difference in the first place The initial time was a call in for a Stromboli. She gave me my price and I said that seems wrong. She said well you added topping and I said correct however I was just here April 13 and I ordered the same exact meal and you’re quoting me five dollars more. I left it alone until I got into the Location Once there she pointed to the Stromboli, price however she rung me up for a calzone and I said well that’s where you went wrong your rung me up for the wrong she apologize and asked do I want the Calzone or do you want me to make the Stromboli which I stated I would like the Stromboli item she said it’ll be another 15 minutes. I patiently waited outside for an additional 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes I had to wait for the item originally. I get the item go home and inside the dough is uncooked. I tried to explain to both of the gentlemen that the dough is uncooked by bringing the food back up to them so they can see it and the response was because there’s so many ingredients inside the dough is not gonna be cooked ???? Huh This makes no sense. I recently just had this item from this location on top of, I’ve had Stromboli’s from many places in the dough inside is definitely cooked. I even pointed out the outside in the middle was still uncooked. The older gentleman tried to go back-and-forth with me about the dough and then threw his hands up and took the item. I said yes please give me my refund. While the other gentleman was ringing up my refund, the older gentleman came back to me, saying this is the second time I had to make your food. …which I said please do not blame the first one on me when she clearly rang it up wrong. Read moreOrdered delivery, waited 2+ hours for food to be delivered..I called once to check on the status and was told it had already left and would be arriving within 10 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later it showed up, but it was the wrong order..so once again, I called and they had the delivery driver come back for the wrong order and bring us the correct order..when we got our food it was cold and hard so I asked if we could get a refund since we had been inconvenienced and she said that the delivery driver would have to come pick up our food in order for them to refund it. That is where I got extremely frustrated, because at this point we’ve waited over 2 hours for our food and are hungry, I’m willing to warm it back up and eat it...but my point is that I shouldn’t pay $30+ to receive cold, hard food and have to deal with all of that. Read moreI ordered a stuft Pizza, 25 wings and some garlic knots taste terrible the wings had no flavor like they just brush the garlic parmesan on the wings. Pizza had more sauce then toppings and cheese no flavor at all. Couldn't even taste the meat the sauce overpowered everything so soggy. Must be a new cook or something. I ordered this all the time and the one time you call and complain it's a problem. I just wanted my food made over. Because one slice was missing from us trying to eat it he wouldn't take you back. Nothing wrong with it that's how they make the stuft Pizza according to the manager who been there for 7 years. Tried to go back and forth with me about my complaint.
