I placed an online order on December 28th at approximately 6:50 P.M. I proceeded to the store and upon entering was greeted by a young lady at the front counter with pink/purple colored hair. There were a few customers in line so I stepped to the side. She asked if I needed to place my order and I told her I was waiting on a pick up. While I waited I watched her get everyones orders out in a timely manner while still managing the crowd with a smile on her face. After a few minutes another girl with long brown hair came up and began taking orders. She seemed bothered by everyone and completely lacked customer service. While waiting for my pickup people who came in after me began receiving their orders so I approached the counter to ask about the status of my order. I told her I had placed a pick up order approximately 30 minutes ago and was wondering if there was an update on it. She very blatantly and rudely told me to wait and that it would be out. The girl with the colored hair over head and began checking the status of my order. Turns out the gentleman boxing pizzas had left my order sitting on his table and had never placed it in the warmer designated for pick ups. She immediately grabbed my order off his table and apologized for the wait. She was extremely kind and was doing great at her job. However the other young lady was very rude and no help what so ever. I asked the worker about the order and they said the order was picked up already. I called to verify if the customer had the order on the way and they did not. The worker insisted it must be at another location after saying someone had already picked it up. Which one is it? The manager came around the counter and just kept saying "No. It's at another location." Continued on and that I need to leave and go to another location.
