Envy Salon — Local services in Kansas City

I will NEVER go back and here is why. My stylist was Kenna Martin and On Friday (3/18/16) she put in front highlights and put me under a very hot dryer to speed up the process (because she was exhausted and wanted to go home). That turned my hair YELLOW and then she used a toner that made may hair GRAY/GREEN. She then put yet another toner on my hair that left it an awful strawberry blonde color. I left the salon because she was exhausted and wasn't going to stay any longer. I couldn't tell how bad it was until I got home, so I called her bawling and she said she would fix it the next day and apologized because her heart just wasn't in it. My appointment on Saturday was at 10:30am and I didn't see her until 12:30pm. She then painted in blonde over what she had done (leaving my hair with globs of color instead of streaks) and then toned it one more time. My hair was ORANGE and I wanted it fixed then, but she had an appointment after me and asked that I please wait until Sunday for her to fix it. Sunday comes around and I had texted her that morning seeing what worked for her and around 1pm she texts me and says that this is her only day off and she's not going to be able to fix it like she promised. I told her that was unacceptable and I needed it fixed before I got my first day of work professional picture taken that would be my electronic business card for my clients. I asked her to fix it that day like she promised OR to refund my money. She said she was doing neither and that I needed to find a new stylist. I have since found an amazing new stylist (one good thing that came of this), but this was HORRIBLE BUSINESS and she should have...
