I was eating an ice cream and I saw some pretty dresses and I left it with my husband while I went inside to see, as I searched I grabbed the size I thought would fit me, as I saw the deal they had going on I thought I should get the pair just in case and I went ahead and got the one I really liked and the worker immediately screamed and said are you gonna try those on! On 7/20/2021 at 11:00am just encountered THE MOST rude and unpleasant sales rep at the Zona Rosa store in Kansas city, mo. She unlocked the front door, flung it open, never spoke a word to me. The ladies here are so helpful! The assistant manager, Alexis, is very attentive. She brought out several dresses for me to try on. She made sure the dresses were all my size.
