This place has gone down hill so bad. I’m honestly surprised it’s still open. We love eating ice cream cake then regular cake for special occasions and we loved getting our cakes here. As time went on the cakes that I ordered were slowly starting to look disappointing. The frosting on the cake looks like that just slapped it on and doesn’t look smooth. A couple of times the writing was just terrible. Yesterday was the first time I just picked up the cake that they have available for last min occasions. When I saw these cakes which were a majority of them look like they have been sitting there for a while. You can tell because the paint of the sprinkles was staining the cake. Also they hardly put any frosting on the cake because you can see the bread through the frosting. When I was trying to figure out which cake looks best I was looking for a date when it was made. I SWEAR none of these cakes had dates on them!!! No made cake or expiration date! How are they going to figure out which cake to take of the shelves with now date?! Honestly I was super disgusted and annoyed by this. I needed a cake so I just picked a cake that does not look like it has been sitting there for a while. When I took this cake home and opened it I was already cautious because the Kit Kat bars were showing signs that they have been sitting in the fridge for a while they had cracks. Several issues with this company and location Overpriced, at least 30% more expensive than places like Andys, Sheridans, and Baskin Robbins. I had 2 small creations and 2 regular creations and it was over $28, ridiculous pricing. Price doesn't match the quality, most of their ice cream flavors are underwhelming and the mashing of ingredients into pulp basically makes most toppings not stand out or add anything to the flavors other than more sickening sweetness or a tad bit of texture. Employees at this location offer subpar service. Out of the 2 times I went this week, no one gave me a proper greeting (a smile and how may I help you is a basic). I was rushed when there were no other customers around and no one answered my questions about their menu items when I asked, I literally asked 2 or 3 times and it was like speaking to a wall. Cleanliness and hygiene is lacking. When making my ice cream the previous ice cream on the cold stone was only partially cleaned off. My 2nd visit my ice cream cup was dropped on its side on the visibly dirty countertop by the register with my ice cream touching the countertop, she also brushed my ice cream on my 2nd cup on the corner of the register and both times she pretended to not notice and didn't offer to remake. After putting on lids the cups had ice cream spilling out of the sides down the cups and instead of the employee offering to clean them since obviously she was the one that made them that way she pointed to the napkins and told me that was there for me to clean them. Not impressed at all! The location is nice (literally the location like where it sits... the inside was filthy) ... the employees are so young and truly ignorant. I asked to pay for the special bowls they have out right now (animal crossings .. Mario etc) and they said no they can't give those out. I said specifically I wanted to pay for the bowl they refused (my 7 year old wanted it).. They were out of many flavors of ice cream granted it was an hour before closing .. if they have it in the back it should be available to the customer- period... When asking for 2 scoops with no mix ins for my son they put a single scoop of chocolate and a single scoop of coffee in a medium bowl and charged us for two love its...(mediums) I ordered a love it size French vanilla with brownie and peanut butter plus Carmel... they didn't put any Carmel in and the kid says (just do a love it with 2 mix ins since she paid more for the 2 scoops - altho that is what I basically got was a love it with 2 mix ins if they didn't add carmel...) I asked specifically why they charged me for two mediums for my sons plain 2 scoops in one love it size bowl and they didn't respond at all. Then the kid tossed my $5 and change on the counter infront of me instead of handing it to me.... VERY STRANGE place..employees and situation all together. Will not return!
