Don't usually put in the effort to do negative reviews but this particular situation was pretty disappointing. We purchased a couch here in April 2022 with the warranty through Montage Furniture with it, which was offered to us when we mentioned we had cats. Sales associate said it would cover any and all pet damage up to 5 years. $149.99 extra for it. And for a $1300 couch that definitely seemed worth it. Some months later we ended up filing a claim with Montage which was denied and said they would not cover the damage, which is what we purchased the warranty for in the first place. I looked up Montage online and found an immense amount of bad reviews about them. But what made me feel we'd really been had was when I went on the Furniture deals website to find the couch we bought to make sure I was referencing it by name correctly, found it. The Benchmark. Then some weeks later it's name changed. Same couch, but now called something different, the Tracling. We should have done our research on all ends as now we are sat with a couch that wont be fixed under a warranty we paid for that should cover the damages and no refund for either. Read moreWe had a great experience with Bryson when we made our purchase. However, we had a TERRIBLE experience with the delivery. The first time they tried to deliver we were brought one broken piece and one used piece, a week later they delivered the EXACT SAME broken piece and used piece!! Finally on the third attempt we received two new pieces. The delivery crew was nice and helpful all three times but the people we spoke to at the store about our problem were not helpful and offered no explanation. We could barely get a hold of someone to talk to about our problem. We felt like once we had paid for the furniture all of their promises of good customer service was over. We are happy with the furniture so far but we just received it today. We are concerned about how things will be handled in the future regarding any possible issues with the furniture. Read moreThe whole process was great. I had to reschedule my delivery and it was done immediately without me having to speak to some pre-recorded machine/robot. You can actually communicate with real people easily which is an important advantage nowadays. In addition, the day of the delivery there was a road improving construction on my street which could obviously complicate the process. They could easily decide to reschedule and I would not blame them. To my surprise, they parked a block away and they were willing to carry with their equipment the furniture to my house. Very polite from the agent in the call center, to the employees in the store, to the delivery people. Amazing service !!! Will definitely shop here again. I have done so again in the past and the service is by far better compared to other furniture stores. In addition, the items are amazing but anyone can check that by doing a walk around the store. I emphasize the quality of the service because one cannot assess that at first sight. Five stars...
