The worst place to go. My family and I went for lunch today. The hot dogs were over cooked and chewy. All of our food items came out about 8-10 mins apart. So we all ate at different times. Most fast food places you get all your items at once. Not this place, they must cook each item at a time. Then to top it off, an irate customer came in from drive through, managment/employee didnt handle it well. They were exchanging few cuss words in front of small children. But when the F bomb came out, not only from customer but managment/employee also. We will not be going back, they should of handled it professionally but they didnt. Used the bathrooms to wash or hands and they stunk so bad we had held our noses. In they entry way of women's restrooms there was a wet puddle of something, dont know what. That was an accident waiting to happen. I would like to get in touch with the owner/General Manager, they need to be aware of their employees they have working for them. This was about 2 PM today, there was one other family with a small child. So it's not like they were busy, I would say lazy employees. Dairy Q is a BIG NO for my family and I, we won't...
Read moreThis used to be a busy location often having a line around the building and families inside eating but it changed hands and it’s not at all the same. It always looks dark and closed at night (and it often is closed when it should be open) except for a small “drive thru open” sign. Decided to give them another chance after being annoyed with them last year. I was the only car around and no customers inside. Ordered a hot fudge sundae and paid with exact change but no thank you, no nothing, not even a look, just shut the window. It’s a good thing I didn’t want a receipt. The product tasted good as it should but not a welcoming place and not appreciative of my business. I wish this location was the way it used to be. Hate to see a long time chain that I have fond childhood memories of being ruined this way but I’m afraid it is and I think we will see even more Dairy Queens close. Don’t think I’ll...
Read moreThe girl was yelling to ther other employees while attempting to listen to my order. I asked what ingredients were in a Blizzard & she said she didn't know so I paused anticipating she would ask a manager out coworker after an awkward pause she yelled to a coworker for the answer. They still didn't give a confident answer even after yelling in the headset again. She gave the Blizzard right side up instead of upside down with ice cream dripping all down the side & ice cream all over the spoon. Now I see why the line was extra long, wrapped all the way around the building. The service was trash & they couldn't keep up with the traffic. This was our first (we usefully go to the full Dairy Queen in Raytown) & last time at this location. They need some serious help here 🙄🙄. If I could get away without putting any stars, they definitely wouldn't have even gotten the 1 I did give in order to leave...
