Read moreI’ve been getting HBH for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for over 10 years & after this Christmas’ ham I’m rethinking that decision. First of all due to COVID the ham isn’t shown to the customer anymore (understandable) now with that being said the quality should still be exceptional. I picked up my ham on 12/23, on Christmas I opened it to heat it for dinner and the fat ring on this ham is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!! I could’ve done better buying a ham at Walmart for 1/4 of the cost of the HBH that I paid for AND got a whole ham. I guess maybe they thought pulling the wool over a customer’s eyes would be ok, but it’s SO NOT!! I expected way more of HBH, I wish I could post a pic so everyone could see the fat on this $60 quarter ham!!! I shouldn’t have to play butcher and trim the fat from the ham before I can serve it to anyone....

I was disappointed because I asked for my sandwiche hot, and I guess they had failed to turn on toaster (might take a bit to get it warmed up) so they put it in the microwave. So it wasn't as good,...
