DO NOT ....I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK POSSIBLY..!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE WHAT I JUST WITNESSED!!!! I CAME HERE WITH MY MOM AND SHE ORDERED AN ICE CREAM CONE WITH ONE SCOOP, HOWEVER THEY GAVE HER 2 SO SHE TOOK IT AND BEGAN TO EAT IT. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE HER FOR 2 SCOOPS. SHE TOLD THEM " I ONLY WANTED ONE SCOOP" 1 GUY WAS RINGING THE FOOD, ANOTHER MAKING THE ICE CREAM. DO YOU KNOW THESE PEOPLE TOOK THE ICE CREAM CONE BACK AND BEGAN TO PUT IT BACK IN THE ICE CREAM TUB?!? I IMMEDIATELY SAID THATS NASTY U CANT DO THAT! SO HE STOPPED AND THEN MADE ANOTHER ICE CREAM CONE. THEN THE CASHIER RUDELY ASKED ME " ARE U BUYING ANYTHING?" I SAID " NO, DO I HAVE TO?" HE SAID YES. THEN PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME THE COLDEST LONGEST MEAN MUG LIKE HE WANTEE TO KILL ME!!! ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING NASTY IN HERE!!! I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPT ..THEY NEED TO REVIEW CAMERAS!!! THE GUY THAT MADE THE ICECREAM EVEN TRIED TO PUT IT BACK AGAIN IN THE TUB BUT THE CASHIER HAD TO PUT HIS HAND OUT AND STOP HIM!!! IF THEY DO THIS IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THEY DO WHEN NO ONE IS AROUND!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPT ASAP MONDAY !!! TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY WERE RUDE TO ME ALL BECAUSE I DECIDED I DIDNT WANT TO GET ANYTHING AFTER I SEEN WHAT THEY DID!!!!! Don't let this happen to you! If you go into this franchise with a BR coupon such as the free Bday scoop.....this franchise is expected to honor it. Plain and simple! I went in and Jay at the counter told me they do not accept the coupon and the only "special they honor was buy two scoops and get one free.". This is illegal and it is bait and switch. BR is not putting these coupons out so they can get foot traffic to upsell. I have never had that happen with a Bday coupon at BR. If they don't want to run the campaign don't do it. Also there is no sign in this shop saying no coupon s. I called corporate and three days later the owner bothered himself to email and he said he had tried for days to contact me. He was given a phone number and email from corporate and there is a new thing in the modern era called a digital footprint. I asked him to email back a screenshot of his phone record because it didn't match mine....no response! I went in that store again and flashed the Bday coupon and the guy who I think was probably the owner made a cone and handed it to me. I stood there and said scan the coupon and it was obvious he didn't want to because they had said they don't honor it....and it went right thru their system. This is illegal and please do not just say oh it is just a cone.....call corporate on them. PLEASE do not let this...

Go to any location, but here!!! Sounds like the employees are trying to scam people! I placed an order online for in-store pickup of a cake and candles. Today I got a call from the store saying I needed to bring an extra $5 with me to pick up my order because a discount I used took $5 off my order. I told them I didn't use a discount and that I was looking at my receipt, which showed a $0 discount. I paid $34.98. They claimed the total should have been $39.99. I explained that the cake is $29.99 and the candles are $4.99, which comes to $34.98. The employee then began arguing with me, saying he looked online and it shows the cake as $34.99 when I am looking at it on both my phone and computer right now for $29.99!! He even suggested that it was something I did to discount it! How would I get in and change their prices?!? I had another bad experience with them a couple of years ago, where I wasn't given candles that I had ordered, and when I called to let them know, the staff argued with me about it and said it was my fault, and I forgot to grab the candles... even though this was a pickup order that they are supposed to pull and have ready for me.. This location...
