Lauren Alexandra — Local services in Kansas City

I love this store, i have bought several Quincy Mae and Pink Chicken pieces for my granddaughters, BUT...the prices have definitely gone up and the Maileg prices are insane. Several $'s over MSRP. You can order off of Maileg cheaper and get free shipping or there are several other stores in the area that sell Maileg. Last fall the dark headed, shorter girl (blonde girl no longer there, sad 😢) said to me "You better buy the Maileg Beach Mice, they won't be making them anymore after this year". Well, low and behold, Maileg is selling them again, which i knew they would because they usually have some sort of beachy summer mouse/mice. I've been collecting Maileg for years and for someone to spew out something like that, obviously you don't know the product that well. Educate your CSR's on the products you carry. But...my reason for this rating today is the help is horrible! Never have I ever been followed around a store like I was a few days ago. So...

This is by far the most adorable baby store I have ever stepped foot in!!! The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable and made shopping so fun! There is not a better shop for clothing and decor for your little ones! The most beautiful atmosphere, beautiful things everywhere you look! A must see for anyone...

If I could rate this store below 1 star I would! I would encourage anyone buying a baby gift not to buy from this rigid, overpriced store, where their Saturday help could not be any less...
