The store may be fine, but whoever Jan is that was there in her Office Depot shirt and shorts with no name tag and a big attitude just lost them any business I have and may have brought in. After she screwed up my printing order and turned a quick stop into a much longer one, my child and I were waiting inside for the copies to be reprinted because I needed them right away. My young elementary aged child suddenly announced he needed to use the restroom. I asked if there was one he could use and was directed to the back, with explicit instructions to duck under the sign. With no knowledge of what that sign was at the time, we followed those directions. I paused when I saw the sign stating that there was no public restroom, but as we had been told to go ahead, we proceeded under it and he went to the bathroom. Jan came out of the other bathroom and informed me that they don’t have public restrooms. I rushed my son through and we left the area as quickly as possible. I told the employee who had been helping me to just cancel the order and went to leave. Upon realizing that I needed some documentation of the cancellation, I quickly went back in, only to have Jan get heated about the fact that there wasn’t a problem with the order. There were documents printed double sided when the order page clearly said single sided, so… she was wrong, and salty about it just for the sake of being nasty. Its fantastic, the people here are awesome, I've had identity theft in my bank account and I couldn't make my house payments, so I had to do a loan modification.
