I ordered curbside at 806. The app said my food would be ready at 8:13. I arrived to the restaurant at 8:15. I sat there for 6 min. I went insight to check on my order. The young man said they were putting it together for me and it should be ready soon. I asked him if I needed to come back inside to get it, because I did not see curbside parking. He asked you drive the white ford? I told him yes, and he said he would bring it out as soon as it was ready. I sat there until 8:38 and went back inside. I had been observing through the window the entire time. There was at least seven employees still in the restaurant. My order was sitting there on the counter. I looked through the swinging doors to the drive thru window at the young man who said he would bring the food out and he tried to hide . He had clearly forgotten I was waiting because he was too busy messing with another coworker. The young man handing me the my order, decided to pile it up on my arms instead of helping me carry out my curbside order and my soda spilt. Read moreSo ok, I personally know a bit of inside knowledge having been the regular lyft driver for an employee at this location. The way they treat thier employees is pretty weak. 11 dollars an hr and they just use and abuse em. No hrs or 1 day a week. It seems they just benefit from having employees and not giving them hrs. The micro management is unbelievably strong with this Jose and all of upper management. I was surprised to hear they indoctrinate the workers (all young adults, teenagers) by teaching lessons on the founder. As if anyone gives a fudge lmao.it was sad to hear how my new friend was treated by the drunken customers overly picky about their lame orders. I see many reviews here from those day drinking types. If taco banana didn't sell alcohol no one would eat that food. Don't let it get twisted either the food is leather/bad or whatever because it's poor ingredients not the kitchen staff.

We are a family of 4, each ordered a meal and while I specified three times that I wanted a steak fajita bowl, I ended up with a taco meat bowl. No harm no foul here other than I didn't get what I want because it was rang up as a taco bowl so we didn't pay the extra dollar ish for the meat.
I really want to give the service 1 star because it took an insane amount of time. We could have gone to a sit down Mexican chain like chuy's and got our food faster. However everyone was very nice so I have to give them points for that.
Needless to say we won't be back, taco cabana just isn't waiting 30...
