Club Pilates — Local services in Katy

HORRIBLE INTRO EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE REVIEWS!! It was my first time going to this club Pilates for a Saturday intro class at 2:00PM. I arrived for my intro class at 2:01PM (already owned my grip socks)!!! And the lady proceeds to tell me that she had to re-book me for the next class because I’m “too late”. Literally due to being 1-2 minutes “late”!!

I previously attended an intro class at the Club Pilates Cypress location about a week or 2 ago where a few prospect members arrived a couple minutes late and ALL members still had the opportunity to enjoy the experience. This location is closer to my house so I was interested in potentially signing up, but try definitely ruined that and lost and a potential member today!! Not to mention the lady had a slight attitude which did not make the experience nearly any more pleasurable.

All Club Pilates establishments need to be on one accord when it comes to timeliness, late policies, cancellations, etc. because this is ridiculous and unprofessional. Club Pilates Katy is Highly inconsiderate as well as their staff and Pilates trainers!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP AT THIS LOCATION OR WASTE YOUR...

OMG! Club Pilates is The Place To Be… if your not there” Get There” I have to thank & give shout’s out to the Whole team first 👏🏽👏🏽😊… Now from start to finish Samantha! I love Club Pilates Katy! Clean and welcoming space, friendly and helpful instructors, and super sweet front desk staff. I moved to town only 5 months ago from out of state and joined immediately as I had been going to a boutique Pilates studio regularly prior to moving. I've already completed almost 90 classes at Club Pilates Katy. As someone who has been to other studios, I really appreciate what they are doing at Club Pilates Katy. Their instructors will correct your form where needed and push you to really learn and grow in your Pilates practice, as I really appreciate. They have a good number of classes at times that could work for almost anyone and classes are very easy to book...
