We started calling this particular location around 5:00 Sunday afternoon/evening. We had a couple of questions about delivery and one of the specials that was being offered. After following the voice prompts and waiting on perpetual hold, the system hung up on us We called back and about 10 minutes into the system reuprising us that they would be to the phone quickly We just decided to drive up to the store. During our drive the system hung up on us again. We called back a third time and upon arriving discovered that there was one person in the drive-thru line there were no pizzas in the portal system and there were four people working at this location. We waited almost 10 minutes at the front counter before anybody came over to ask about our order or to take it. During that time the phone was still in their voice prompt system. And I quickly figured out that the system was ringing inside the store when the system wasn't speaking to you through the phone. When an associate arrived I asked them if the phone ringing over there was my phone call that was going on, with the speaker on, while he and I were standing at the counter. The associate indicated that yes it was most likely my call that was ringing. I asked why he wasn't answering the phone then since we have been trying to call for nearly an hour... Read more🚨 I ordered from this location, once I arrived in for pick I wasn't acknowledged although the doorbell sounded once I opened door. A staff arrived at cash register pressing on it screen for about 7min still failed to acknowledge me waiting. Another staff came to the front I spoke to him about my order and name so he looked me up and returned to the back I believe preparing orders. I continued to wait thereafter another customer walked in for pickup there he waited as well later the female staff acknowledged him an then got hostile with him due to his name he ordered on (due to misprenouncation on her part). Afterwards I was still waiting after other customer left. I couldn't believe my eyes when the female staff finally acknowledged me asking of my order and went right to the oven and pulled my order out. I addressed that to her and she tried using excuses so from the time I ordered journey to do the 9mins drive there they had me waiting 1hr and 5mins. The female staff I could hardly understand due to her nigerians accent. Therefore I inquired for a manager there and when I open the two boxes of pizzas I couldn't tell the difference between the stuff crust and the classic pepperoni for the stuff crust looked like the classic pepperoni. Read moreI ordered online and arrived almost an hour after ordering and right when my order was supposed to be ready. I pulled up to the drive thru where there was a line of about 6 cars and waited for about 10-15 minutes and no cars moved. Then I decided to go inside where I waited for over an hour. There were people waiting for over 2 hours. Nobody was at the front desk to help and there was absolutely NO sense of urgency despite being so far behind. The staff was prioritizing door dash orders and ignoring customers and the phone ringing as well. When I finally got some assistance my food was in the warmer and had been the entire time I was standing there. Despite being in the warmer the food was cold.
Little Caesar’s is supposed to be hot n ready and also if someone places a large order at the window they should not be allowed to just sit and wait for it to be freshly made while blocking others that have already ordered or are ordering hot n ready items.
