My husband and I went in for a couples massage and immediately was greeted by a woman who appeared to be confused as to why I was there. My husband told her that he had booked a couples massages with two women. I honestly think she thought he was booking a personal massage with two women. She began yelling at another lady in the hallway for a minute or so while my husband and I sat looking at each other questioning if we should just leave. Another lady came to the front (the one that got yelled at) and greeted us and told us to go back to a room. We have had many couples massages before and never had I entered a room where there was a towel and wash rag at the end of the bed. Typically, we cover with a sheet. This was slightly unusual. We got the massages. My Oura ring seemed to creep my massage woman out because she grabbed my hand and started speaking to the other woman in their native tongue holding up my hand with the ring. Sometimes when my ring is registering my data it will have a red light illuminate underneath. After they talked, she continued and I laid there wondering what her issue was with it. Massage was good. Because they made us pay in advance, we just had to leave the tip when leaving. We handed one lady the tip for both of them and the lady insinuated it was only for her and that we needed to tip more. It was a 15% tip for both, but when my husband said that the tip was to be for both, she became angry and the mood switched again, but this time to being confrontational with us. We ended up walking out and not engaging with her. While the massage was good, we will never go back. For one, when I got back home and looked at the pictures on their website, I believe that this place provides extra services that I do not want nor need. Secondly, it felt like a waste of money getting a massage for relaxation and then tensing back up within 5 minutes because she wants a higher tip. Iâm sorry, but demanding a 30% tip doesnât...
Read moreThey'll tell you to leave a bigger tip than whatever you're leaving... Took my husband here, got him an hour and a half massage. Card reader was supposedly not working so we ask the price, she tells us and we went and got cash out to pay and took out extra for a tip. After wasting time in his massage/doing an okay job at best, we pay and try to leave a tip (the extra $20 cash we had pulled) and the lady says "No the tip is $30." Well, she didn't tell us that when we went to get cash. And last time I checked, tips are optional and there are no posted gratuity rates, so why she thought she could tell us to pay $30 is beyond me. It really wasn't worth the money we paid, much less the tip we were going to leave but being asked to leave more of a tip was ridiculous. We will definitely...
Read moreMy friend recommended this store since they changed a new manager and had more experienced staffs. I just had my first massage this Saturday since Covid and the overall experience was great. Therapist Sam is very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I got back and neck painful since I held baby for long time and also sit for work most hours per day. Therapist Sam hit my pressure points and made me feel very comfortable. I did one hour deep tissue massage and I felt so relaxing to lie there with nice environment and friendly staffs. Would definitely...
