Dropped my brand new watch off here to get a screw fixed that popped out of the bracelet.

The screw they put in is a whole different screw, doesn’t match the rest of the screws.

Worse of all - the watch has terrible scratches that wasn’t there before. Instantly made the watch look like it went through hell.

I treat all my watches well and some of these new scratches that are on it are DEEP.
