El Kourmet — Restaurant in Texas

I live 45 min from their location, and I made an order for pick up. I ordered a beef fajita patacón and paid for an extra queso de mano. I picked up my order and this happened: It was not what I ordered. I received a weird chicken party instead a beef fajita The lettuce and tomate in the patacón were old and brown There was NOT extra queso de mano that I PAID EXTRA

I decided to contacted the place to let them know about the issue and what the person on the phone told me was that the manager had told him to only reimburse me the extra queso de mano that they never included on my order. Frustrated, I expressed the person on the phone WHY should I pay for something that you do not wanted to buy? Also, I'm pregnant and they put on my not cheap patacón decomposed vegetables that can affect me and my baby. Additionally, I told him we just want to support local businesses, and I mentioned him about a very bad and disgusting experience that I had several weeks ago when I found hair on my empanada that the same place and location in Fry. Road. He took my email and says he will contact the manager again to see what they can do, but I never receive a call back nor any money back for the food I paid and they never included in my order. I am wondering how the healthy and safety standard for their customers are.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE yo pay expensive food to received decomposed food that can cost your health and...

The food taste is very good. But the customer service is horrible. First time (at el kourmet food truck) they tried to charged me more money for one item even when I explained that the price was different in the billboard (the customer always has the reason, in this case I had the reason). The second time (at el kourmet in fry). I tried to call from my car and order about 5 items while driving in order to save time and just pick up my food as usual but now the "new policy" is to pay by phone and that was impossible because I was driving and my card was in my wallet. that was very bad to me as a regular customer, is not my fault any problem that you had in the past with other customers that order and leave the food or wherever. Maybe I will sacrifice the good taste of this place because the customer service is very bad and my hard worked money deserve better...

Not impressed with this place at all. I looked at all the reviews and decided to try it out. Regret my decision. Had the Kourmet burger and it was dry and had no taste at all. Could not even finish it. Filled with patato sticks which were salty and way too many. Egg was lacking any flavor and a waste of space as well. Fries were mediocre. Staff wasn't very friendly. Maybe because I didnt speak Spanish or was Venezuelan. I'd avoid this place. Not going back. High prices. Lack luster presentation and seating.
