My girlfriend oder some food for herself and a group a coworkers at her job. I would assume every company's main goal is to satisfy the customer becuase they are the ones to bring the bussiness to the company. Well my girlfriend order her lunch meal in which she said specifically that she wanted lots of soy sauce packages for her meal. They ask about how many to have an idea. She replied five well do. So when the delivery guy drop the orders she double check hers and she finds out that they only put one package for each order. She told the delivery guy if he had extras because that is what she asking for. He said no not on him. She ask if he could go back and bring some more like she requested. He said only 2 he is willing yo bring back. She no, I want 5 packages, he still replies back that only 2. So he drove off and returns. He drop off the package in the front door and left immediately. Can you believe the guy only brought 2 when she been asking for 5 all this time. Yep, thats where they mess up now. I guess they dont try to win over the customer so logically they come back for more business. Therefore, they lost not just a customer but the whole clinic crew employees that wont be going there for food anymore. Horrible service horrible delivery...

Wow! This place rocks! From start to end, this was a great experience. The website for ordering is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The communication after ordering is timely and precise. Delivery ($1.00 fee) was quoted for 55 minutes, but arrived piping hot in 29 minutes. We started with chicken wings and pan fried dumplings. Fresh, tasty and large portions. For our main entrees, we ordered 2 dinner specials (Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken) which comes with an eggroll (vegetable or pork), rice (steamed or fried) and your choice of soup ( hot ‘n sour, wonton or eggdrop). Each menu item was $12.00 for all of the above. The spice level of the meals was perfection! Both were delicious and good portion size. We have leftovers! The pork eggrolls were fried well and very good. The soups were wonderful and even the rice was good. With so much bad Chinese food lately, I am happy to report we have found our place in this area of town. Deliciousness, quality and value. My first visit here a little over a year ago, I loved the food and the woman at the register in her rainbow Pride shirt. I do not live in this area, so with a scheduled time in the vicinity again I knew I wanted to eat from there. I ordered two meals from a different person-1 for lunch and the other for dinner later. I opened the bag and saw the orders present. I drove my 54 minutes home only to notice at dinner time that the dinner order was wrong, thus rendering me unable to have dinner. I made the commute back thinking they would just remake the order; however, the ATTITUDE of this new lady did not allow me to finish talking and just said she’d give me a refund. As she violently tossed the bowl in the trash, I commented the other meal was delicious to which she was silent. The food is good, but the attitude and behavior is unbecoming of valued customer service. I’m glad for the refund as I will not be returning.
