Would not recommend this place after my experience. I went in and looked around and bit and didn't see what I was looking for so I asked this older lady that was pricing items at the register. (I asked if she had any wood turtles with "Kauai" written on them) She seemed bothered I interrupted what she was doing. She proceeded to show me all sorts of stuff EXCEPT what I was asking for. When I asked again she replied "I have lots of stuff with Kauai on it." I replied yes, but do you have any wood turtles with Kauai. Nice gifts and souvenirs, however the lady working there essentially ran us out due to making us feel unwelcome. My husband and I walked in with our kids and my son was simply standing within three feet of us not touching a thing and the lady came over and asked him in a loud condescending tone where his parents were. My husband and I said “we are right here, he’s with us.” She shot us a dirty look as if he did something wrong. Went there to buy a necklace that cost $400 (gold plated) drove one hour just for that and to be received unrespectfully by the manager we never saw this kind of behaviour before.
