Owner unfortunately lacks integrity, professionalism, and respect. 1) Arugued that I did not order kitchen cabinet above refrigerator. Due to this, he had to come back out to measure. As a result, my bill was higher than quoted ascribed to his mistake. 2) I was required to provide vent item number within a week as cabinets would be constructed within one day of supplying vent information. Owner argued of no recollection of such conversation (documented evidence), instead stating cabinets are not ready until six days after preparing vent information. Although, despite six days passing, cabinets were not completed. I reassured that I was not dismayed about cabinets not being completed, but that I was distressed about miscommunication. In addition, I was agitated about the lack of written instruction that would have easily prevented the deviation leading to this circumstance. 3) On the day of collecting cabinets, they are the WRONG design! Owner insisted infinite times that I did not order the design I ordered, despite the fact I took photos (with time stamps) of the cabinet design. In addition, the fact that both owner and a woman that works there were present in my choosing of the cabinet design. I was thankful my dad was accompanying me, due to the fact that the owner tried to push the cabinets (all wrong) on me. Owner refund minus 5%! Said it was a credit card charge fee! On his mistake! On the other hand, while inquiring about having them painted, she dismissed me saying it was too expensive. That statement alone was disrespectful, unprofessional, and uncalled for due the insinuation. Money is not an issue. I am a customer prepared to pay for quality service and instead was determined to be unable to simply with a glance. This action illustrated the employee self righteously and impertinently predetermining my financial status.

I contacted both Cathy and Martha and was informed that if I wanted to change the color that I didn’t agree on in the first place there would be an additional fee.
