First visit ever yesterday. I was excited to try, but was very disappointing overall. Would only be one star, but impressed by the amount of tea selection available, even though the didn't have a full menu available (no coffee drinks). Diced fruit were in cups to put in tea, but very few were available, and most were dated indicating that they were sitting ind containers for at least 4 days. Signed up for app prior to coming and received two free items, but could only use one at checkout according to girl who rang me up. Bought a gallon of regular sweet tea to take home. Tried it today. It's obviously unsweetened. I live several miles away, so not worth going back a day later. They gave me no reason to make it a point to come back next...

They cannot get the caffeine blueberry tea right. For the last 6 months we have to ask for a gallon and taste it first before we purchase. 50% of the time it has sugar in it. So disappointing! Weāve been drinking HTeaO tea from the Plano store for years and itās always perfect! They need to teach the Kaufman store how to make it bc they just cannot get it right! I left my number for the owner to call me and have made complaints to the corporate office...

Mine was so bad, that I poured it out. The wait was 6 minutes total from ordering at the drive-thru speaker until we drove off with drinks in hand. The staff was polite. I figured I'll come back another day to try something different but was...
