So I accidentally left my cookie at the store, I asked if anyone turned in a lost cookie and turns out someone did! Lol they gave me a fresh cookie to replace my goof up.
UPDATED: Two part review Part One: I've been coming here since the grand opening day way back when. Drive through is always super fast and my drinks have always been correct. Had a pay it forward here once from a person driving a big white truck So we did the same, it felt good. Everyone here has always been very polite and courteous every single time without fail to me. Store has always been very clean in and out. I think the people who work at this store actually take pride in thier work because it shows to me in all the details. So thank you to each coffee artist and all others at the Kaufman, TX store.
Part Two A Love Story Today, 15 years ago I met my true love at a #Starbucks. I paid for our drinks because I got there fist. We talked until they kicked us out at midnight. Exactly one year later he proposed to me in the same store we met at. 15 years later its now a little tradition for us get #starbucks drinks and remember our early days together. The ladies at this store helped me out by letting me post a few signs that really helped make our day special. They went above and beyond. Read moreI am not a fan of this location. The staff on this particular day was too busy to wait on the customers in the store. We had to ask to be waited on since we were being totally ignored as if we were not there. There were 4 staff members that I could see. The drink that I ordered was actually written on a piece of paper and was still made completely wrong. Although the young man that waited on me was very nice and apologetic and made the drink the way it was supposed to be made. This has happened on several occasions. It seems as though the staff is overwhelmed with orders and customers that they are not equipped to handle. Management should be onsite to correct the problem and make sure that their franchise is being ran the way it's supposed to be especially since it is a reflection on the entire Starbuck company as a whole. When service is great everyone knows, but when it's bad everyone knows that too and in a small town word travels fast. I can only hope that things will improve for all of the customers that...

The barista handed me a Venti cup full to the top with extra water, making my drink watered down. when I explained to her that I just wanted a grande strawberry açai refresher in a Venti cup with the extra space ,she proceeds to tell me that it’s just extra ice that they added, but if it was extra ice, then the cup would be full with ice But it wasn’t it had water all the way up to the rim . so when I told her if she could’ve just leave the space so I could add my drink She ends up, just throwing out some of my drink, leaving it diluted in water. I paid for a full drink. I’m not understanding why they had to add extra water to it. I used to work at Starbucks and when someone asked for a smaller drink in a bigger cup, we would just leave the space.
