Bubble Fresh Laundry Center — Local services in Kaukauna

This type of place has one purpose. To clean clothes. I used one of the large washers, 4-6 loads worth of laundry. It's supposed to handle 8 loads.

The clothes came out wet, but were not clean. They smelled as bad as they did going in, but of course wet in top of it.

When this happens, it shouldn't be an issue to get a refund. We've now wasted several hours of our time and STILL are waiting to hear about a refund.

Maybe I wouldn't normally be as upset but I gave up an afternoon with my kids because I really needed this large amount of laundry done today. Not only is it not done, but I lost the afternoon with my kids. I'm extremely upset.

The large dryers also don't do the job, for what it's worth.

Maybe the smaller machines get the job done here but my experience...

So I never thought I'd say this, but what a great place to hang out! Totally not like the laundromats of the "old days", which were dirty and scary with questionable people! Bubble Fresh is well staffed, clean, affordable and up-to-date! The great part is, you can have all your laundry done in the same time as doing one load at home! You can even dry all those big heavy blankets at one time in one machine, so it's not expensive! Plus, hang out and watch TV, scroll the internet or just relax - and leave your kids at home!
