T-Mobile — Local services in Kaukauna

We have used t-mobile for several years, Due to our location (poor cell service) we need WI-FI to make and receive phone calls. T-Mobile offered an internet service to us about a month ago. Previous to that we used AT&T. We purchased the T-Mobile internet for their free 15 day trial, and it worked well for internet service. Problem is we can't hear callers but they can hear us. Was not a problem with AT&T. On 10/05/2023 we stopped at T-Mobile Crooks & Ann in Kaukauna. Employee took my phone, set it to their internet, and then called it from his personal phone. He listened to both phones and said "It works" I said but it doesn't work on the T-Mobile internet at home. He handed me my phone and said I can't come to homes. Well, no one asked him. That was it! Absolutely no help. I told him I will cancel my internet and transfer our phones and internet back to AT&T. I have also called T-Mobile customer service and they have that recording. There is more to cell and internet service than $$. If the owner/manager of T-Mobile in Kaukauna would like to discuss this, he can feel free to call me. The employee has my number on his...

10*'s, STELLER STAFF,on Saturday, June 28th - Nick and Jose! They were PROFESSIONAL & "WELCOMING"!! 1ST TIME I used this location and when I called Jose invited me to come in and he would trouble -shoot the situation/problem. He was DONE in record time, & I took the extra time to get myself more acquainted with these 2 FANTASTIC PROFESSIONALS. This experience was 'Head and Shoulder Above' any cellphone store, I have ever been to, especially 10 times better than another local T-mobile store in my area, I have used! It certainly makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE using a "Corporate Store! The guys, were RESPECTFUL, HONORING & when one is over 60 (elderly?) most times it's as if you disappear/aren't heard/ or ignored. These 2 gentlemen were so engaging, fun, and POSITIVELY, GENUINELY HELPFUL!! EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE for me as a consumer/user of T-mobile services. If I could I’d give these folks 10 stars!! Recently I was in need of a new phone as my iPhone 11 had died. I went into the T-Mobile store in Kaukauna and was fortunate to be assisted by Tim and Zac (who Tim was training). Tim is amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. Both he and Zac helped me select the right phone for my needs. While setting up my new phone, they both took the time to answer each and every one of my questions.

I recommend anybody who is in need of help with their phone to drive to the T-Mobile store in Kaukauna! You will NOT be disappointed! The knowledge, the expertise, the patience, the professionalism and the kindness offered by Tim and his team is well worth the drive! T-Mobile is lucky to have Tim and Zac...
