Did an online order pickup, picked it up, which was an easy process… then I was asked if I wanted a protector for my Iwatch, I said no, he proceeded to take off his watch to show me how I can damage mine.. I said I’ll pass.. because I can literally buy it else where if I was worried about damaging my watch then he said “well did you buy insurance for it?” I said no…AGAIN because I don’t think I need it. Then he proceeded to say something along the lines of “well good luck”, being kinda sarcastic and in a snotty tone. If I said no one time, I’d think he’d understand I wouldn’t be interested in protection. I just thought it was rude because it’s not like I can’t go buy protection else where and that IT HAD TO ONLY be bought at the store. Totally ruined my mood with his attitude and tone. I also received an Iwatch that was taped on the sides… which I highly doubt Apple tapes it like that because I’ve grown with Apple and they never had scotch tape as the tape. It also had dust inside the packaging and the Iwatch had some scratches on it. I was about to go back but I honestly didn’t want to deal with going back. It seem like it was opened and put back. Def learned my lesson to buy online instead of picking...
Read moreBeware that this store is only authorized to sell verizon products and service, its a franchise of verizon... What u want is a corporate store .The store claims they have different rules. This store will tell u that u have to insure your phone. Call customer service, they pretty much laugh that that is not true, has never been true. Two part activation charges.. $20 now, $20 on the bill...only experienced that at this location. I got a new phone which wasnt working properly. I received constant complaints about my phone reception going in and out. This store would not let me return the defective phone with out a $35 restocking fee plus an additional $20 because i didnt want to get a phone from their location.. called customer service, they were happy to credit me the restocking fee plus the activation fee as they felt it was not appropriate to be charged for returning a phone that wasnt working properly. The store manager looked at me cockily and told me there was nothing wrong with my phone. Just be cautious. Question all fees . Maybe just take the time to find a corporate store or do your business through the customer service department, they will do anything for...
Read moreI just want to start off by saying your customer service sucks. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. At Verizon it must be acceptable in customer service training to be told its okay to lie, because I received lie after lie. When I purchased my phone, I was told that if I bought the tempered glass shielding I would be covered for life....not true the policy has changed and Verizon is just a victim of circumstance. Not only do they not stand behind their word, they justify screwing you over. Do not buy anything from this store and please Verizon save the "I am sorry for your experience" response to save face. This is a terrible place, the 5 star posts have to be fabricated. Again do not shop here and look for other companies that will buy out contracts as I am doing. Verizon doesn't stand behind their products, policies and they definitely could care less about their customers. Find a different place...
