Harmony Nutrition — Restaurant in Kaukauna

I have been going to Image since they opened 8 years ago. Under that ownership, I gave this a 5 star review. Under the new ownership, I am giving it a 3 star and here is why: This isn't the calming atmosphere it used to be, and they are not speedy when making the shakes. And I understand needing to bring children to work, as I have had to do that in the past, but my children were quiet and didn't run all over the place. The lady at the register was incredibly unwelcoming. Little eye contact. No smile, no information about the shake I was buying and why i should come back. She simply asked what I wanted, took my money and went straight to her cell phone. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and felt like I was a burden.

This is very unfortunate as I work all over Kaukauna and would love to make this part of my routine. This was something I really needed with my busy lifestyle. So...

I didn’t have the pleasure of coming here when it was previously Image, however I met Lily through visiting Little Chute Nutrition and she is the sweetest. Walking into Harmony and she is so excited to see you is a great feeling. Not only of a business but as a friend and customer! It’s just an amazing environment!
