I ordered a pair of Judy Blue Jeans for my wife for Christmas. Product itself was fine but ended up being too small for my wife so I had to request a return for store credit. That took a day just to receive approval of return.
I shipped the jeans back to them the day after I received approval of return. I then had to wait for the jeans to be received by the company in order to receive credit. Took about a week for them to receive the jeans and 8 days for them to process the return and I had to email them to get a status update on the process. Only then I received credit.
Had my wife buy the new pair of jeans a couple days ago and it still hasn't shipped yet. They take a really long time to do anything it seems. And my order has only been one item. I imagine my wife won't receive her new pair of jeans for another week and a half considering the item still hasn't even been shipped.
That will make a total of a month just to exchange a single pair of jeans that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointing.
I ordered a pair of Judy Blue Jeans from another boutique and had to do this process with them as well. I shipped the jeans from the other boutique back to them the exact same time as I did to American Blues. I received credit as soon as the post office scanned the jeans to return to them, ordered the new jeans that day, and received the new pair from then 3 days later without expedited shipping. I will definitely use that boutique over American Blues...

They changed their mind, allowed me to return the jeans for a refund. So I never donated them. I appreciated that they made this correct. I usually buy all of my jeans straight from the brand (lucky, 7 mankind, anthropology, etc); however I will try ABDB again since they did make this right b/c they do carry Flying Monkey (who I do love). Giving them 4 stars and will update if/when I purchase again.
NOTE: The jeans I did receive were the brand, had all the tags/etc so they do sell quality. Also, I could tell I was talking to a human/part of a small business.
OG POST: 1 STAR I ordered jeans, received the wrong pair. I immediately reached out to them (literally after I opened the package & sent pictures of what I received). They said they sent the correct pair, it was on camera. They implied that I purchased from a different vendor & was trying to return them to ABD (laughable). I was and am floored. I don't have the time, mindset or energy to be this juvenile nor am I a scammer. I'm going to donate the jeans and purchase the pair I wanted directly from Flying Monkey. ...

I was told I couldn't exchange them due the tags were removed and it was past the 30 days. Which is incorrect I ordered them on the 7th of September but I didn't receive them until 2 weeks later. I contacted them on the 7th of October asking for a even exchange just a different sizes. I've never worn them just try them on. I removed the tags because i was going wash them before wearing. Im not sure if others wash new clothes before wearing them ,but i do they are being handle , pack, and shipped meaning more hands touching them.They responded since I removed the tags I couldn't exchange them. It was my first time ordering from American blue company and purchasing Judy's Blue jeans.I wasn't sure how they ran in sizes. So I'm out of $127.00 . I feel their customer services sucks. I will never purchased from American Blues. The way the handle a first time buyers is poor...
