Made a mobile order tonight around 8:30pm and was told by the manager that my order wasn't showing in their system and I had to come inside so she could "investigate" my claim of having a paid order even though I showed her the app showing my order was paid for, what it was, and that I was at the correct location. So I went inside and miraculously my order showed up in the system just as I did. I asked if 2 of my burritos could be grilled and she refused, telling me they had to make things exactly how they were on the mobile order receipt (grilling is not available as an option in the app). I told her I was a former Taco Bell restaurant manager and I was surprised that she was refusing such a simple request. She proceeded to tell me if I was a former customer service manager then I should have been nicer because "managers dealing with cancer have enough to deal with." By this time I was highly upset but made nice so I could get my food and leave. This experience has made me never want to eat at this location again. I'm sorry she has cancer but that was in no way relevant to the situation when dealing with an upset customer. She was rude and snippy during the entire exchange and needs to be taught better customer service skills.

Rude ass staff you order on the kiosk you stand there for 15 minutes with staff looking at you can come over and take a cash payment from you then when you get your food, they kinda just throw it down in front of you. They can’t even make food correctly a bean and cheese burrito. They don’t even know how to make a burrito correctly. My child that’s 11 years old can make a better burrito than they can. It’s pretty sad and emotional. They have teenage kids sitting there, talking about lube and sex and stuff like that and the manager is sitting laughing about it and even ask him to leave who would really want to go and eat there with the family

You also had to use sauce with it because it had no flavor of its own. VERY disappointed, especially since we’ve heard good things about their breakfast. We won’t be coming back.

My husband and I both got the sausage breakfast Crunchwrap but instead of being a whole sausage patty (like the picture advertises), there were TINY bits of sausage sprinkled throughout, which basically just made it an egg and hash brown Crunchwrap. You also had to use sauce with it because it had no flavor of its own. VERY disappointed, especially since we’ve heard good things about their breakfast. We won’t be coming back.

Driving for Uber Eats, I drove 10 miles to this Taco Bell on a slow night, thinking it would be a quick stop. When I arrived, I was met with a drive-thru line that was at least 30 minutes long. As I drove up to park, I could see the employees inside goofing around, not doing anything, and when they noticed me, they started aggressively pointing towards the drive-thru and looked visibly upset.

After parking and calling to see if I could grab my order inside, I was told no, citing “safety policies.” When I asked if they could just run the order out to me, I was told that “everyone is busy,” despite them clearly not being busy at all. I explained that the drive-thru line was ridiculously long, it wasn’t worth my time to wait, and that I would just have to assign the order to someone else. Their response? “Yeah, sorry, nothing we can do about it.” No solution, no care, just complete indifference.

I ended up wasting my time, gas, and money for what should’ve been a simple pickup. I’d appreciate it if management could train their employees to handle situations like this with more care and professionalism. As a delivery driver, this was incredibly harmful to my earning goals as money is incredibly tight right now and I basically drove 10 miles...

Excellent 👍 customer service ❤️🤙🔔😉🥇. Food was delicious and outstanding 🤤. I tried something new not my favorite but I will try something new again next time. New items make life a test 😉😎❤️. Not my favorite sauce choice this time but tried it 😉👍. Country music 🎶 was nice change once in awhile wish I had my old Justin lace up boots. Darn they don't make the real deal anymore leather laces in brown boots were is quality hello. My Stetson hat and my boots those were good times. Sincerely number one inspector and Scorpion 🦂 king 👑😎♥️. Good job very polite staff. Ps one of these days I need to accept black boots 👢 and normal laces tired of looking at them putting them back in discust because not my favorite. Heard quality is poorly done but how many years do I have left to wear boots 👢. Well 🙈 next time have a few bucks to throw away might go for it. Not real deal but why not👍😉♥️.
