Where I'm from in Calif they allow dogs on leashes in most all parks and do not have any problems, rules say pick up after you pets. In Utah the family state, they really don't consider their dogs as part of the family or there would be more consideration and accommodation. three parks, Sandy, south Ogden and Davis Co fairgrounds with no trees, give a dog a break, and allow the people who pay for the parks to have at least a small area where our dogs can be walked,...
Read moreBest softball field, ever. Lots of trees, a great amount of shade, lots of places (besides bleachers) to sit IN that shade, fields are sunken/lower than ground level (where the crowds are) providing great views of the field.
Best of all: SHADED DOUGOUTS!! each dugout is inside a small brick shack that provides lots of cover/shelter from the elements and shade.
Unfortunately, no animals allowed on the property.. but SO worth it.
