We have come here regularly since this location opened. We love this area and it's close to home. Now I know that every business is hurting for employees currently, but within the last 6-12 months, the service at this location has REALLY gone downhill.
Do not mobile order from this location or at least expect to add 30 minutes to the order completion time (and for your order to be wrong/ missing things) on a normal day and 45 minutes on the weekend. And don't expect to get anyone to talk to you while you're there. Something wrong with your order? Too bad. Missing items? Oh well. Silverware for a to-go order? Fat chance. Soda syrup in the soda machine? Nope. Extra salad dressing (paid for), you won't get it. Ever.
This location has a group of boys employed here that DO NOT WORK. They ignore customers, and mess around while on the clock. I have also seen these same boys come into the location while obviously not on the clock (in street clothes) and touch food behind the counter. One of the boys was SHIRTLESS behind the counter while food was being prepared. I'm fairly certain that the girl we usually see working does 80% of the work when those boys are on the clock. It is ridiculous.
Our order has been wrong almost EVERY TIME lately and we watch frustrated people leave the location every time we're there. Today we watched a sweet woman wait 25+ minutes to be given a missing item in her already prepared (and getting cold) order. She couldn't get anyone to give her an update, even though there wasn't anyone in line! The employees just flat out ignored her (no eye contact) as she tried to walk up to various employees/counters at the restaurant. I was about to lose it on her behalf. You practically have to jump behind the counter or accost an employee to get any help.
This location is a headache that you really don't want in your life. Drive a little further to one of the other locations and save yourself some frustration. We, for one, will not be going to this location anymore. I'm honestly not sure why we gave them as many...
Read moreUpdate: My wife and I stopped by this past weekend for dinner around 7pm. I was shocked to see the place empty. We walked right up and ordered as there was no line. The young lady was very helpful, however when I looked towards the cash register, there were 6 or 7 young men (employees) sitting there just messing around and playing on their phones (with their gloves on, which were also used to dish up all of the food).
We paid for our food and went to sit down and eat. From our seats I watched the only young man who was working. Well, I thought he was working. Turns out he was "wiping down trays" by the trash can. In all actuality he had his headphones in and was watching a show on his phone in the corner away from everyone else.
We started eating our food, and immediately something was off. Every bite was full of crunchy little pieces that were not supposed to be crunchy. Turns out the rice was completely undercooked! I tried some of my wife's food and found the same thing. Looking closer I also noticed the lettuce was wilted.
Holy smokes, where is management? There were 7-8 employees there doing nothing, 2 people working, and 4 people eating there on a Saturday night! Never again...
3 stars: Very hit and miss at this location. Ordering in the store turns out great. Order online and the orders are never ready in the time promised, in fact far from it. Never fun when you drive over to pick up your order only to get home and find that my order was correct on the receipt, but was far from correct in the bag. Read moreI keep talking myself into going back to this location after bad experiences but today was the last umbrella. For years I tried to look past the excruciatingly slow service, the gauntlet of a drive through window bearing an entire rainbow of car paint scraped down the side of the building, and the lettuce that alternatively tastes like dirt or bleach. But I think today was a very clear sign I should quit this place for good. I got overcharged for the weirdest off menu food I've ever received after correcting the order twice (idk how you screw up one regular pork salad that badly), no receipt, and no chance to get it fixed because the staff was literally chasing three orange umbrellas across the parking lot (can a leisurely walk be "chasing"?). In any case they failed to catch the umbrellas before they crashed into and scraped down parked cars. At that point I decided to take whatever mess was in the bag they had thrown at me before exiting the building in the hope that at least some of it might be edible before things got even worse. You would think tying down umbrellas would be standard practice when putting them out, but apparently that kind of extra effort is reserved for days that are well beyond only moderately windy.
