Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kaysville

This is on and off for me. I do like this location and I like little Caesars but when you advertise "HOT AND READY" IT OUGHT TO BE "HOT AND READY" Not, WE JUST HAD SOMEONE BUY 20 PIZZAS BUT WE HAVE SOME COMING OUT IN 8 MINUTES." EITHER HAVE A RULE THAT ORDERS OF MORE THAN 3 OR 5 YOU WAIT OR YOU HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT ON HAND ALWAYS NOMATTER HOW MANY ARE TAKEN AT ONE TIME. I'm not upset but want to be clear what HOT and ready should be and that you provide what you advertise. THERES EITHER GOT TO BE SMALL PRINT OR LARGE SAYING, " MAX AMOUNT YOU CAN PURCHASE EACH TIME BEFORE YOU WAIT(EVEN IF ITS 1 PIZZA) IS...," OR, "ITS HOT AND READY UNLESS SOMEONE BOUGHT OUR PIZZA FOR THEIR LARGE GATHERING AND IN THAT CASE ITS HOT AND READY FOR THEM BUT THE NEXT FEW CUSTOMERS AFTER THAT PURCHASE HAVE TO WAIT." We aren't just in business to make as much money as we can but to provide a defined product or service. If you advertise it then provide it not advertise it to bring people in then give what you'd rather instead. If you cannot give what you advertise then change the advertisement or provide a satisfactory...

Horrible service at this location. There have been three times that I have ordered on the app (pepperoni pizza plus crazy bread) and basically had the same experience as tonight:

1. When I put in the order, it was going to take an hour to make -- ok, maybe they're busy
2. When the time came, the order wasn't ready
3. Got the email saying the order was ready, but it wasn't.
4. Called. "oh, we'll hurry that right up."
5. Called again "I told someone. Not much I can do."
6. My son stood in the lobby, watching people go in, order, wait five minutes and go home with their pepperoni pizza.Turns out, they weren't all THAT busy. Other people got their pizza.
7. Finally, an hour and a half later and after calling twice, we ended up with a pizza and breadsticks.

They did NOT make any sort of offer of compensation for all of the hassle.

If you happen to drop in and they have exactly what you want, you're in luck. It might have been someone else's order, but you can probably go home with it. Other than that, drive on by. And DEFINITELY DON'T...

So here's the thing. I love Little Ceasars, because I can use the drive thru on my way home from a long day at work and won't have to cook. I stop at least once a week (I know I know! Bad mom) I always order the pepperoni EMB, They are only ready about 10% of the time unfortunately. I have to sit and wait for 8 to 25 min depending on workers/how busy. I do like that it is super fresh when I do get it at least so that is one good thing about having to wait I suppose. But frequently my 2 biggest issues are skimping on the pepperoni(i ordered the EMB it should have a ton!) and they hardly ever slice it properly. I inevitably have to reslice at home, which is an added inconvenience and another dish to wash (sigh). So I guess what I'm saying is overall I continue to come back over and over regardless because of ease and affordability however keep in mind the things you may find yourself disappointed about.
