Have bought shoes from this store once a year ago and that experience was very good. Went in there a couple months ago and they made fun of my fiancé for not looking in the right section for shoes. My sister wanted new shoes and insisted on trying it again so i thought maybe they’ve changed. wow so disappointing. We were not approached as we watched the two other customers in there get asked if they needed help. One guy literallly walked right past us and didn’t say a thing. We thought maybe they think we aren’t going to buy anything but it’s their loss. We would’ve bought THREE pairs of shoes, but no why would I want to buy from a business who doesn’t acknowledge...

This is the only place I shop for shoes for myself and my boys. Marcos I believe is his name is a manager or assistant at our store and is very knowledgeable about the products and is always sharing his knowledge. I work in a clinic, so good shoes are a must. My middle son has special feet and requires insoles and good shoes, Marcos never lets us down he always has great suggestions and the time he spends making sure we get what feels good and looks great is such a plus. everyone is super helpful and nice, it never seems like all they want is your money. i believe his name is Marcos, is very knowledgeable and helpful and actually tells me the factual reason why the shoes are good instead of just giving an opinion and trying to get you to buy the most expensive ones. i definitely feel very comfortable walking into that store and seeing Marcos because i know i’ll walk out either knowing more about what i need or with the exact shoes i was looking for....
